Hello my name is Tammy. I live in Ashland Kentucky under HUD assitant housing program and still my husbands disability still dont do it all. I cannot work and have filed for disability and am just waiting now. My electric is getting ready to get shut off on the 16 th of this month and my three year old , my husband and myself will be in the dark. And you cant live in a place on HUD without lights so I stand a risk of loseing my house and my baby. Hopefully someone will help me.
